We can offer an ideal venue for long weekend or longer term business
meetings, seminars, staff training or reward sessions at sensible
rates. Most airlines offer special rates for group bookings and many of
our clients have been pleasantly surprised by a per-person rate
comparable to similar events held in the UK. Our location in the quiet
Charente Maritime countryside and Clerbise's unique atmosphere afford
an ideal location within easy reach of Bordeaux and La Rochelle
Airports. We can arrange transport to and from airports and during your
stay, during which our chef and wine cellar can be at your disposal. We
can arrange visits to local places of interest including cognac, wine
and oyster production centres. Karting, riding, golf, tennis and
shooting are available nearby.
With 19 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms based in 3 houses (including the
Chateau) we can accommodate up to 38 people sharing. Large reception
rooms offer an opportunity for separate or single meetings or training
sessions.
In the past we have accomodated bankers, lawyers, travel agents,
university students, astronomers, product launches, photographic
shoots, acting and orchestral practice sessions, art and language
courses. Events can also be tailored to suit your particular
requirements.
